![]() UNLESS this is an emergency session, then there will only be ONE proposal, but the target would automatically be picked! And then another proposal where an A or B vote was cast. You SHOULD have one proposal where either A or B vote was cast. But it is here for completeness.Īs for your screenshot, what I CAN see is that there is only ONE proposal that has been voted for. Since I don't remember you saying you have mods installed right now, I guess that isn't for you. The Sukritract Civ Selection Screen isn't compatible with YNAMP so if you have both enabled, the civ selection drop-down won't work. Now from what I CAN see, there is no way to determine if your problem is the first or the second of the options I posted in my first reply to this thread.Ī third option has popped up as a probable cause, with a solution. We don't know at present, if that makes all fixes currently found invalid. probably not stupid, but from what I can see from your other screenshots, you used the SHIFT+ENTER method to advance. Posted here gathers everything, so I think that can work well for people looking for information. I see I missed some of your replies, which wasn't intentional. Maybe Im just stupid, but it is not very clear what to do here. Now at least the world congress starts normally, but I cant get further from this pop up, no metter how much I press "NEXT" or try clicking on ANYTHING. I deleted everything in my games folder, after unistall it. That is a pretty significant bug and one that could have easily been avoided with user beta testing. I disabled all mods to play the vanilla expansion, so I shouldn't have run into any problems like this. I will try the fix because I am a loyal Civ user going on nearly 30 years, but when I spend money, I expect my product to be functional. My game is 100% unplayable at the moment because it is the "second version". Originally posted by Prometheus:There are two common versions of this problem. So here for more information (posts by Smaking): If that is the case, then this bug is caused by the user, and thus can be fixed by the user. As it seems now, that is caused by one or more unknown mod files, that do not clean up properly after unsubscribing. Thus no leader can be chosen for the target of the vote, and then the player cannot progress. The second version sees that targets cannot be chosen, because leaders do not appear in the menu when selected. They think they voted for both proposals, but they didn't. This first is that players do not notice the scroll bar to the right, and then do not vote for both proposals, which is different than voting for option A or B on the first proposal, and then can't progress. The version we cannot solve MIGHT be triggered partially or wholly by running with auto-turn ON) Each version has it's own solution, so no need to mix and match. The 4th with Sweden includes all voting types that generation more than 2 votes, so competitions count in that one as well. Keep reading to find them and the solutions. (EDIT: we are now up to 5 versions, 4 of which we can solve. There are two common versions of this problem.
